1 How do we find your property?

If arriving by car, it's best to enter our post code RH11 8EN in to a Satnav or your phone and follow the directions. There is a red post box outside the house. If you arriving by train, the closest station is Ifield, you will need to be in the front 5 coaches of the train. By bus you can catch the Number 3 or 200 and the nearest bus stop is around 250 metres walk.

2 How far are you from Gatwick Airport?

By car or taxi, the journey is 10-15 minutes depending on the time of the day. The train takes 13 minutes and the station is 8-15 minute walk depending on your speed. The number 200 bus takes around 25-30 minutes depending on traffic.

3 Is take away available?

Yes, if you wish to walk, there is a parade of shops 5 minutes walk from the house. There you will find, Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Fish and Chips and Kebab. You can also order for delivery from anywhere in Crawley.

4 Can we buy groceries local to the house?

Yes, again, you can walk to the local shops where you will find a convenience store or you can drive to a larger supermarket, the drive is around 5 minutes and there are a couple of options.

5 Is there free parking?

Yes, there is free, unallocated, on street parking available, you can park anywhere other than disabled spaces or across the cross to the front of the house.

But please note, we take no responsibilty for your car or any possessions left in it. You park at your own risk.

6 I'm going on holiday after staying at your house, can I park for free for 2 weeks?

Yes, it's fine to leave the car on the street at the property. But please note, we take no responsibility for your car or any possessions left in it. You park at your own risk.

7 Do you have free wi-fi?

Yes, wifi is available throughout the house.

8 Is the property suitable for disabled guests?

There are 4 steps down to the property from street level and there is no downstairs toilet or bathroom. So, sadly, this property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

9 Can we bring a baby/toddler?

Yes, babies and toddlers are welcome. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like us to provide plug socket covers for safety. We do not currently have a cot bed, only 2 double beds and bunk beds. You are welcome to bring your own travel cot.

10 What times can we contact the host for assistance during our stay?

I will be available from 8.00am - 9.30pm on the number provided on this website and the welcome pack at the house.

11 What is the check in and check out process?

The Key for the front and back doors is in a key safe, we will send you the code the day before arrival as it is changed regularly for security reasons. To check out, please return the key to the key safe.

12 Do you provide towels?

Yes, a clean towel is provided for each guest.
