We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexible booking options wherever possible.

Standard Cancellation Policy

For most bookings made directly with us, you may cancel free of charge up to midday (12:00 PM) the day before your scheduled arrival.

Cancellations made after this time, or failure to arrive without prior notice, will result in the first night being charged in full.

Non-Refundable Discounted Rates

From time to time, we offer discounted or promotional rates that are non-refundable.

These typically require immediate payment at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.

If your discount code or promotional booking includes the term “nonref”, please be aware that:

Your booking is non-refundable and non-changeable

Full payment is taken at the time of booking

No refund will be issued in the case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the above terms.
